Once your booking is confirmed, we process and professionally edit your images, delivering the final product within 2-7 business days from the booking date. While we strive to meet our timelines, occasional mishaps or unforeseen issues may cause delays. If you don’t receive a response or your photos within this period, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll promptly address the issue to ensure a smooth service experience.
Yes, you can! We provide a URL link that can be embedded on any property listing platform of your choice. High-quality photos are delivered via download links, valid for one month, making it easy to showcase your properties across all platforms.
Custom branding is available with a Custom Branding Subscription or Corporate Business Membership. It allows us to add your business logo to the virtual tours, giving you a professional, branded experience for every property you showcase. These are higher priced premium subscriptions as they require a lot more work and editing from our staff.
Currently, we do not offer drone shots. As our service evolves, we may introduce this as an optional add-on. However, we’ve found that buyers are typically more interested in exploring the inside of the property. Our 360° virtual tours provide an in-depth view of the interior, with some angles offering a similar perspective to what drone shots can achieve, giving potential buyers a complete and immersive experience.
You are charged a month-to-month subscription fee, which is auto-debited every month through a secure payment gateway like PayFast. We accept all major credit and debit cards, ensuring a safe and reliable transaction process. There are no pro-rated charges, and the full monthly fee will apply even if you cancel mid-month. Additional fees may apply for custom branding or larger properties beyond the subscription limits. It is all based on the subscription package selected.
You can cancel your subscription by sending an email request or through the Account section of the booking service on our website. Please note, subscriptions are not pro-rated, and any future bookings made after cancellation will be cancelled. Subscriptions can be reactivated at any time, but the full charge for the month will apply. Once reactivated, you can book immediately!
Note cancellations must be done before the next billing date. We do not provide refunds.
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. Due to the nature of our service and the time investment required by our photography team, we cannot recover the labor time spent on bookings once confirmed. We are providing high-quality photography at a fraction of the cost, and we appreciate your understanding.
